Returns & Exchanges



We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.


To qualify for a return:


  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required



We also accept exchanges within the same 30-day window.





Return Shipping



  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we will cover return shipping.
  • If you are returning for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.





Refunds



Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.


  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If not approved, we’ll contact you with the reason.






Non-Returnable Items



  • Customized or engraved items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Used items that show wear may not be accepted for refund.
